Introduction
Plato’s original quote, “Necessity, who is the
mother of invention,” perhaps best
describes the genesis of CyberTek
Publishing, LLC.
With 20 years of experience in running
Autodesk® ATCs and teaching ATC classes,
Necessity finally gave way to invention and
our novel approach to training materials was
born. Finding good training materials to be
in short supply, we simply “invented” our
own.
To our current and future customers:

Concept and Usage
CyberTek Publishing, LLC has one primary mission: Provide affordable and
extremely user-friendly training manuals for Autodesk® software applications.
Our training manuals are generally not intended for self-teaching purposes,
though are certainly helpful in that situation. They are primarily intended to be
used by professional instructors and training managers who will add much
additional experiential information to the learning process. Our manuals are
highly regarded for their ease of use and for their value as reference materials
after initial training sessions.
Courseware Development
During our years in the Autodesk® training business we have used a variety of
training materials, but always there was something lacking.
Some materials were good but were overwhelming (1,000 pages or more) and
not useful as courseware. These materials are usually perfect bound,
cumbersome, and create a large desktop footprint.
Other materials were well formatted but heavily text-based and not so user
friendly during labs or exercises.
Our courseware is coil bound (creating a small desktop footprint) and highly
user friendly. In our very first class adapted to this friendly format we were able
to add three full hours of content to a thirty two hour course simply because the
students found the courseware so easy to use. We believe you will have the
same results.
